This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is deliberately specific rather than generic, because a privacy policy that describes a website other than this one is worth nothing to you.

The short version: the only information this site asks for is what you type into the contact form. There is no account system, no newsletter, no advertising network and nothing is sold to anyone.

1. Who is responsible

Muhammad Furqan, a freelance developer based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, email mfurqanyasin9@gmail.com. It reaches me directly, not a support queue.

2. What is collected, and why

That is the complete list. This site does not ask for payment details, does not create accounts, and does not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

3. What is never done with it

Your data is not sold, rented or traded. Not to anyone, under any circumstances.
You are not added to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If a newsletter ever exists you will have to ask for it.
Your enquiry is not passed to other agencies or developers as a lead.
Nothing you tell me about your business is shared with your competitors, including the fact that we spoke.

4. Third parties

A small number of external services are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data.

Where these providers are outside your country, your data may be transferred internationally. Each operates under its own safeguards for such transfers. I do not add any further third parties without updating this page.

5. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set are those used by the analytics service named above to tell one visit from another.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will continue to work normally. Nothing here depends on them.

6. Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, I will honour the following on request:

Access. Ask what I hold about you and I will tell you.
Correction. Ask me to fix anything inaccurate.
Deletion. Ask me to delete your enquiry and I will, unless I am required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Portability. Ask for a copy in a usable format.
Objection. Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw consent at any time, which stops any further processing that relied on it.

Email me and I will respond within 30 days, usually far sooner. You do not need to cite legislation or use particular wording. Asking plainly is enough.

7. Children

This site offers professional services to businesses and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, kept up to date, and monitored for malware and unauthorised changes. Client credentials shared with me for project work are stored securely and removed when a project ends.

No system is perfect, and I will not claim otherwise. If a breach occurred that affected your data, I would tell you promptly and explain what happened rather than hoping you did not notice.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Adding a tracking script or a new form without updating this page would make it inaccurate, which defeats its purpose.
